This is the fourth generation of the performance modules. It’s new and the only “smart” design module on the market. After you connect to your vehicle, the module will monitor the communication between the vehicle’s engine and ECM. It will make a positive identification of the BUS speed and communication protocol and only then become active. When not in use, the Blixxton-5 has a stealth mode which allows your technician to perform a full scan of your machine without any interference.

The blixxton-5 module will provide power only when you need it. So, while the engine is at idle or without any load the Blixxton-5 will remain “quiet” and will not interfere but once it does sense an increase in engine load the module will automatically adjust for the desired power output. The Blixxton-5’s new high speed process will sample and adjust itself up to 200 times per second. This is unlike other brands which will give you power all the time. This is wasting fuel and causing unnecessary load on the engine.

As a result from this “smart” technology design, you will get the best power when you need it and definitely the best fuel economy of up to 20% savings per acre.

The Stinger-5 performance module is designed to work on any Cummins engine with the CAPS fuel system. The Stinger-5 module works great on all Case tractors with the Cummins 8.3L diesel engine equipped with the CAPS pump and any motorhome with the Cummins ISL and ISC engine. You will get up to 30% more power. The Stinger-5 is simple to install. Just plug and play.

The Stinger-5 will provide power only when you need it so if you’re running without any load on the engine the module will remain “quiet” and will not interfere. Once it senses an increase in the load, the module will automatically adjust the desired power output that has been selected. This is possible because of the Stinger-5’s new high speed processor which will sample and adjust itself up to 200 times per second.

The Blixxton-200 Cummins module will control your injectors. We can control pulse width and duration of the injectors. Because of this we can precisely calculate the amount and timing of the fuel coming into your engine. We do not risk damaging your engine by increasing fuel pressure like some other brand products. This new unit has it all. It will come preprogrammed for best in class fuel economy or performance and you can adjust it yourself to fit your specific needs.

Depending on your engine, this module offers 28 different programs ranging from 10% up to 35% increase in power. You can also select fuel economy programs that will range between 8-20% better fuel economy. This variation will depend on your driving conditions. The average fuel economy gain in the city is 8-12% and 18-20% for long haul highway driving.
