Diablo Sport Custom Programming

Thank you for your interest in a custom programmed chip. To better serve you we ask that you download the request form. It must be filled out entirely and legibly. Once you have completed the form be sure to sign and either mail or fax to PDQ Performance Warehouse. All custom programming charges are non-refundable. 30-day trial period does not apply for custom programming. No custom work will be started or completed unless the release form is signed.
